Everything you can take with you, any time — and what happens if the Wall stops.
Export everything
Under Configure → Export, one download: a JSON file with your workspace, its tools and prices, your customers, every licence (the key's hash and prefix, its status and dates, the Stripe payment behind it), activations, subscriptions, trials and grants, your API keys' names, and your signing keys — public and private. Nothing is held back, and nothing is required of you to get it.
The promise
If the Wall were to stop — closed, sold, or unable to continue — this is what happens, in writing:
- Notice. Ninety days' notice to every workspace owner, by email, before anything stops answering.
- Your money keeps flowing. Payments, subscriptions, refunds and disputes are on your Stripe account and stay there; nothing about them depends on the Wall. Subscriptions keep billing until you or the buyer cancel them.
- Your export works. The export above is available throughout the notice period and is complete: you can run your own entitlement checks from it. Licence keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes; a server of your own can accept the keys buyers hold by hashing them the same way.
- Your signing key is yours. The export includes the private key. Tokens you mint with it verify in every extension already installed, because they trust the public key they shipped with. Nothing in the field has to be updated to switch to your own server.
- Your buyers' data goes only to you. It is not sold, transferred or kept beyond the notice period.
The Wall's source is not offered; what is offered is everything needed to leave without losing a customer, a licence or a subscription.
