Members
Invite a co-founder or a support person; owner, admin and support roles.
A workspace can have more than one person in it. Under Configure → Workspace → Members an owner or admin invites someone by email, and they hold one of three roles.

An admin is an owner without the two things that can take the workspace out of your hands: the export, and the other owners. Support is the person who answers customers and nothing else — they see every buyer and every action beside a buyer, and no settings at all. Everyone sets their own notifications.
Your own role is someone else's to change, and a workspace always keeps at least one owner.
Inviting
Invite asks for an address and a role. The person gets a mail — "Ana invited you to Northwind Software" — with one link. It works for a week; Resend gives a fresh week, Revoke closes it. An address already in the workspace cannot be invited again.
The link asks the person to sign in with the address the invitation was sent to — the same one-time link everyone signs in with — and then shows who asked and as what, with one button. Signed in as someone else, they are told the invitation is for a different address. A link that was used, revoked or has expired says so and does nothing.
Nothing exists until they accept: no account is made on their behalf, no access is granted in advance.
Changing and removing
A member's role is a select on their row; it saves as it changes. Remove takes them out at their next page load. Neither undoes anything they did: the prices they set and the refunds they made stand.
Test and live
Membership is per deployment. A person invited to the workspace on the live Wall is not in it on the test Wall, and the other way round; invite them on each one you want them in. Their account is one — see Test and live.
