Notifications
A sale in your inbox, refunds and cancellations too, and your week every Monday — each one yours to switch off.
The Wall mails the members of a workspace when money or access changes hands, as Stripe mails you about a payment:
- Sales — a licence bought, or a subscription started: the tool, the plan, the amount, the buyer, and a link to their page.
- Refunds — a payment refunded and the licence revoked.
- Cancellations — a subscription set to end, or ended.
- Disputes — a chargeback opened (with the date to respond by), won, or lost.
- Weekly summary — every Monday, the week's gross and net volume, purchases, subscriptions and installs against the week before, and the tool that sold most. Not sent for a week with nothing in it.
Each member sets their own under Configure → Notifications, per workspace. The same fact reported from two places is one mail.
